4. Adding the Channel Breakout indicator as a filter

The Channel Breakout indicator draws a channel, based on the highest and lowest quote in a period. If the price breaks out of the channel, an upwards trend could be expected.

The Channel Breakout is installed as a filter. So if the Dynamic RSI indicator gives a Buy signal, that signal will only be accepted if the Channel Breakout is positive (drawing a green zone).

By applying this filter, the Dynamic RSI trading signals are limited to trades, where the price is already going in the right direction.
